Disappointed as an item stated as in-stock and so ordered wasn't so I needed a refund, while the website continued to show as in-stock so is clearly going to happen again! Two stars due to the good communication and prompt refund thanks.
I'm an ex Royal Marines Commando with 22 years service and only been fishing again since stopping match fishing at 19 when I signed up .Things have changed massively in 32 years.These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, polite and the store is an Aladins cave of top brands from all the big names and some. Had a fault with a Daiwa Ninja reel I bought and it was returned and back with me fixed with no charge inside 10 days.
