We have rented to homes through Trafalgar and had nothing but problems. Not only are they over-priced but they are extremely unprofessional. No matter how big or small the issue is they will always help a landlord but never a tenant.Our last house had no kitchen floor after a flood - we lived with a concrete down stairs for over 7 months until we moved! Trafalgar ignored our letters and refused to do anything. I would in all honesty rather live in a tent than a house rented through them. there are better agents and I would recommend a private landlord if you can find one. You won't find a company more unprofessional than this one
