I waited for nothing short of 40 minutes, arriving with only a couple of people in, just before he evening rush around 5 ish so most havent made it from work yet. After 10 minutes waiting for that, I was then told to wait for fish, i wanted 2 fish that was all, but the other 10/11 people behind me went ahead while i stood for another half hour because they hadnt any fish cooking nor chips ready. Food was actually quite nice but the service was appaling, the two girls working there didnt seem to have a clue, had faces like smacked bottoms with no form of apology to customers waiting an age, and seemingly not informing the man what and when things needed cooking.
Foods always cooked to order so dont know why people moan as they just picked what wanted ive always enjoyed food and not expensive
Not recommended. Hygienically challenged. Staff need to learn to wash hands and not cough all over food.
